Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your items must be kept in the exact condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags attached and intact original packaging. You will also need to provide your order receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Important Notes

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
A 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong goods, contact us immediately. We will review your case and provide a suitable solution.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different product is to return your current item following the above process and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund (less the 50% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
