4. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colours and specifications. However, minor colour variations may occur due to screen display differences, lighting and material batches. Such variations do not qualify as defective goods.

All prices listed on the website are stated in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude shipping fees, duties, import taxes and sales tax unless explicitly marked as inclusive.

We reserve the right to adjust product pricing, promotions and discounts at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious typographical error or incorrect pricing on our site, we retain the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund, even after order confirmation.

5. Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase our products. An order is only deemed accepted by us once we send a shipping confirmation email to you. Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not confirm binding acceptance of your purchase.

We accept payment methods supported by Shopify (credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets and other third-party payment providers). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all ordered goods and applicable delivery charges.

If payment fails, is declined or disputed without valid grounds, we may cancel your order and restrict future purchases from our store.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

We will arrange delivery to the shipping address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect address information.

Estimated shipping times are only approximations and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, customs inspections, weather or international logistics issues.

For international orders: You are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage charges and any local taxes imposed by your destination country upon arrival. We do not cover customs clearance costs.

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, ownership and risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return and exchange policy is outlined separately on our Returns page and forms part of these Terms. All return requests must comply with our stated time limits, product condition requirements and return procedures.

Custom-made, clearance, mystery bag, sale and discounted items may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable as clearly marked on product pages.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect returned goods. Shipping fees for original orders are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error (wrong item, defective product).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, logos, graphics, product designs, photography, illustrations, copywriting and layout is the intellectual property of MinlumeStudio. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit, resell or use any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

You may not use our brand name, trademarks or artwork to create derivative products, marketing materials or competing goods.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent or infringing activity;
Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload or damage our website, servers or security systems;
Use bots, scrapers, crawlers or automated tools to extract mass data from our store;
Harass, threaten or send abusive messages to our customer service team;
Resell our products in bulk without prior written wholesale authorization;
Submit false, misleading or stolen payment information to complete orders.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify. We also integrate third-party tools including payment processors, delivery couriers, social media widgets and advertising platforms. We do not control third-party websites, services or their policies. Your use of any third-party service is subject to their own terms and privacy rules.

We accept no liability for loss, damage or disputes arising from third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

MinlumeStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to your order or website use shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the relevant products.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable local consumer laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MinlumeStudio, its operators, staff and Shopify partners from all claims, damages, fines, legal costs and expenses arising from:

Any dispute related to orders you placed under your account.

13. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to our website, cancel pending orders and block your account at any time without refund for violations of these Terms, fraud, payment disputes or repeated policy abuse.

You may stop using our Service at any time by ceasing website access and deleting your account if you wish.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service or product orders shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws apply to your resident region.
